This program serves families with children with disabilities birth to three years of age in the 5 1/3 county area of ESU #9. Counties Included are:

- Southern Hall
- Hamilton
- Nuckolls
- Webster
Services Coodinators work with families to help them access all needed services, to connect them to all agencies that might help the family, assist the family through the testing process, and assist the families in learning how to access all needed services. They act as a case manager for the family and child, and as an advocate for services. Children must qualify for special education services under the State's Rule 51 in order to receive Services Coordination
